OFFICIAL RULES
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED ONLY FOR RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCEPT PUERTO RICO) WHO ARE LOCATED IN THEIR STATES OF RESIDENCE AT TIME OF ENTRY.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. WHEN YOU MAKE A DONATION, WE GIVE YOU ENTRIES INTO THE DRAWING. YOU DON’T HAVE TO MAKE A DONATION TO ENTER A SWEEPSTAKES , BUT IF YOU DO, WE GIVE YOU ENTRIES AS A THANK YOU. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. MANY WILL ENTER. FEW WILL WIN. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. TO ENTER: Beginning June 15, 2021 at 9:00:01 a.m. GMT through September 15, 2020 at 11:59:59 p.m. GMT (the "Sweepstakes Period"), (i) make a donation by submitting your full name, address, and e-mail address through the donation tab located at www. Fotff.org ; (ii) enter for free by submitting your full name, address, and e-mail address through the donation tap located at www. Fotff.org ; or submit your full name, address and email on a postcard addressed to Flowers Sweepstakes, 600 Boulevard South SW Ste 104A Huntsville, AL 35802 (the "Entry" or "Entries"). If any of the information above is not included in the Entry, the Entry will be disqualified. Entries must be sent by you and or submitted and received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period. No facsimiles allowed. Sponsor is not responsible for malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; for lost, late, illegible, stolen, damaged, incomplete or misdirected Entries; or for any other technical problems related to website entries. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
2. ENTRY WEIGHTING: Each free entry is automatically assigned 100 entries (equivalent to the donation entries allocated when you donate $10). There are four entry tiers for entrants donating: (i) alars ($10) equates to one hundred entries; (ii) a donation of twenty five dollars ($25) equates to two hundred fifty entries (250); (iii) a donation of fifty dollars ($50) equates to one thousand entries (1000); and (iv) a donation of one hundred dollars ($100) equates to two thousand entries (2000).
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (Except Puerto Rico) who are twenty-one years of age or older at the time of entry. Flowers Of The Future Foundation, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents ("Sponsor and its agents") and members of their immediate families and people living in the same household of each are not eligible.
4. WINNER SELECTION: Eligible Entries will be selected on or about December 22, 2020 in random drawings from all eligible Entries received. One (1) winner will be selected. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, the judge of the sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. If winner is not available within 36 hours of first attempt by Sponsor to contact winner, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
5. PRIZES: 1 winner will be awarded one (1) 2020 Mustang GT. ARV: $___________. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Many will enter. One will win. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes applicable to the acceptance and use of the vehicle, insurance and costs associated with the vehicle including travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle, if applicable, but specifically excluding transfer tax. Winner does not have the choice of color or options. Winner must accept delivery of vehicle at a specified time and location. If winner cannot accept the prize as specified, the prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. All prizes will be awarded. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If prize becomes unavailable or cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to provide a cash payment or substitute a prize of comparable value. Prizes are non-transferable. Limit of one prize per person, household or address. If Sponsor so elects, potential winner may be required to submit to a confidential background check. Such background check may include (but is not limited to) investigation of criminal, sexual offenses, or other arrest or conviction record, and any other factor deemed relevant by the Sponsor to help ensure that potential winner will not bring the Sponsor into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sponsor. If requested, potential winner agrees to sign waiver forms authorizing the release of personal and background information. In the event of noncompliance, to be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor, prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner.
6. GENERAL: By entering, entrants agree to: (a) release the Sponsor and its agents from all liability, injuries, loss and/or damage of any kind arising from their participation in the sweepstakes and the acceptance, possession and use/misuse of any prize; (b) agree to be bound by the Official Rules, Sponsor's Privacy Policy and the decisions of the judges; and (c) give his or her express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by email, mail or phone. By submitting an Entry, entrant consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation in all media worldwide, now known or hereafter developed (except if winner is a resident of TN or where otherwise prohibited by law). All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error, terrorism or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the sweepstakes and to select the winners based on the Entries received prior to the cancellation or termination. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. Sweepstakes is governed by laws of the state of New York, with exclusive venue for any dispute in New York County, New York.
7. RELEASE: By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold Sponsor harmless from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
8. REMOVAL FROM FUTURE MAILINGS: To have your name and address removed from Sponsor’s future sweepstakes and contest mailings, please send an e-mail to legal@fotff.org with “REMOVE” in the subject line. Red Bull Records, Inc. will process your request immediately.
9. WINNERS' LIST: For a list of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope, postmarked by December 18, 2020 to be received by December 21, 2020 to: Flowers Sweepstakes, Winners' List, 600 Boulevard South SW Ste 104A Huntsville, AL 35802. Verified winners’ names will be posted on www.fotff.org
10. ENDORSEMENT: This sweepstake is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated in any way with Mustang or their affiliates.
